  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Comply with all applicable Google Ads policies and guidelines

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite PPC Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Elite PPC Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or return on investment.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, client data will be returned or destroyed as directed by the client.
